Dolly's Story

Our sweet golden girl dolly 🌻
Dolly has a brown coat, honey brown eyes and a graying muzzle.
Dolly spends day after day at the shelter, being over looked. Shes an older pitbull in an overcrowded shelter, a story we all know too well. She has her ways about her, she prefers male dogs but that is her only “thing”
Dolly has had a rough time, Her and her mother were dumped in the walmart parking lot, they came in emaciated, covered in fleas. She recovered from that and then her mother was adopted. Dolly has been adopted 2x lasting a few months each time but always being returned no fault of her own always human life stuff. Dolly deserves a home in her golden years, no senior dog should be living in a shelter.

Dolly prefers male dogs🐶, she does not mind cats🐱, she LOVES children, leash+crate trained, house trained however might need some reminding training ( we advise everyone to treat any adopted pet as they are not housetrained as being at the shelter they go in their kennels).

Could dolly be a good fit for you? Come meet her and see❤️🐾

Name: Dolly
Age: 6 years old
Sex: spayed female
Weight: 50 pounds
Heartworm: pos
❤️If you are interested in adopting or fostering– come to the shelter M-F 12-5pm, Sat 9am-12pm or call/text 843-250-1413
❤️Non-profit 501C3 rescue organizations – email bcourcy@marionsc.org
❤️If you are interested in fostering or adopting, please fill out the application
https://linktr.ee/mcassc...
❤️All animals must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption. This is a state law and an important one we are overwhelmed with animals in Marion County and all surrounding areas and need to control the population.
❤️MCAS does not DNA test shelter pets and is therefore unable to determine the breed of promoted animals. We believe all dogs are individuals and their behaviors should not be predicted based on physical characteristics.
