Doc's Story

DOC is stopping in to say hi after spending some time with his foster family and settling in. Doc is very shy and skittish when you first meet him, but after a few days he warms up and will be your best friend. He is good with the resident skin kids. But boy...does he LOVE a good scratch or belly rubs. In fact, if you stop before HE is done, he will encourage you to continue by pawing you. Doc is up to date on vaccinations, housebroken and crate trained, although he does love the crate. Doc needs a family that will be patient as he turns his shyness into confidence. Doc loves his people most, so would prefer not to share with another dog and would be best as an only dog. If you think you can give Doc the home he needs, please submit an adoption application today! Please visit our website heartsandtailsofhope.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.
