At first, he can be a bit nervous—but once he feels safe, his sweet, playful, and loving personality starts to shine through.<br/><br/>Originally from Mexico City, Dobby was abandoned outside of a shelter and is still working on rebuilding his confidence (and putting a little weight back on). Now in foster, he’s getting the care and stability he’s been missing—and he’s already making progress.<br/><br/>Dobby is the kind of dog who will form a deep bond with his person. He just needs a patient home willing to give him the time and reassurance he deserves.
