**ADOPTION PENDING**<br><br>Dizzy was rescued from an amish puppy mill. He was in HORRIBLE shape when we got him with matts hanging from his body where they forgot to shave him. His tail was completely bare, likely because he bit it in frustration from being kept in a tiny cramped cage his whole life. His paws were sore and splayed. His teeth, at such a young age (just over a year old) needed a major dental. His eyes had a dead look in them as his spirit had been broken. <br><br><br/>Now this tiny guy is a bundle of fun! He LOVES to cuddle and be held. He is doing GREAT on his housebreaking and learns everything *very* quickly. There is a beautiful sparkle in his eyes. He is just a pure joy and does great with other dogs, cats, children, men AND women.
