Dixie

Dixie is every inch a chihuahua. He prances and struts when he walks and has no fear in him. He, along with his pal, Lucky, were turned in to our group by his long term mom whom he greatly adored. He had been with her since he was a puppy and seemed to love her very much. He bonded with me quickly, and I think he will be fine with a new caretaker.. He wants to cuddle with you and be with you as much as possible--he slept in the bed with his previous owner. Dixie would make a great little dog for a couple or for a family with older children. He is only about 6 lbs of chi but has a big heart. I thought his heart was broken when his mom left him, but he is making it. I have him in foster care, and being in my large pack of small dogs has been quite a change for him.<br/>Pictures are coming. His adoption fee is $50.
