Dire's Story
HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED!

Please meet Dire - a 2.5 year old Siberian Husky Mix who refuses to believe that Call of the Wild was a movie that should have included him!

Dire wants nothing more than to have an opportunity to be with his people or play with doggie friends! Dire is super friendly with all dogs and people alike; he previously lived with other dogs, cats and a bird - so he is accepting to all. He has met children of various ages and sizes and done great with all! Dire would like nothing more than to have a home base with a loving family and other doggie fiends, either in the home or regular play dates!

Dire is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations and microchipped. He had the misfortune of being born with a condition called Myasthenia Gravis, which has caused a visible hitch in his giddy-up, but he does not require any special treatment, regimen or medication. He does not experience any pain as it relates to his diagnosis and Dire interacts just like any normal dog, but may move a bit slower (over longer periods of play or exercise) due to his genetic condition (only) and prefers to have more immediate access to the outdoors to do his business outside. A structured schedule and/or access to a doggie door would suit Dire perfectly!

if you would like to meet Dire or learn more about him from his foster family, please do not delay in completing an application!

Adoption fee includes the following:

Spay/Neuter
Rabies Vaccination
Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies)
Bordetella
Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration
Deworming
