Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian.
Dino is a shy, gentle boy searching for a patient and understanding forever family. New people can make him a little nervous at first, but once he feels safe, his sweet and affectionate personality really shines.
Dino came to the Monroe County Humane Association through their Crisis Housing program when his previous owner was hospitalized. Unfortunately, he is unable to be reunited with his owner, and he has been waiting almost a year for a new family of his own. Through it all, he has remained a loving and hopeful pup who just needs the right person to believe in him.
He loves hiking adventures, cozy snuggle sessions, and proudly carrying his favorite toys around like tiny treasures. Dino also enjoys visiting the dog park, where he can explore and move at his own pace.
Dino would do best in a calm home without small children or cats. He needs a special family willing to work with him on his anxiety and give him the time and reassurance he needs to build confidence. With patience and kindness, Dino will blossom into a deeply loyal and devoted companion.
If you're looking for a sensitive, loving dog who will form a strong bond with you, Dino is ready to meet his forever family.
If you are interested in Dino PLEASE EMAIL eaustin@monroehumane.org OR CALL/TEXT 812-545-0804.
***Please contact the owner/foster directly***
