His foster family has loved him deeply and given him the space, patience, and consistency he needed to blossom into the incredible boy he is today.<br/><br/>Meet Dimitri — a true gentleman in every sense of the word.<br/><br/>Dimitri is 1 year old, weighs 43 pounds, and is great with kids — a perfect medium-sized companion. He may have had a late start to home life, but you would never know it now. He has grown into a loving, well-mannered dog who is thriving in foster care. With soulful eyes and a gentle spirit, Dimitri has a quiet way of stealing hearts without ever demanding attention.<br/><br/>This sweet boy adores affection and connection. If there’s a lap nearby, that’s exactly where you’ll find him — soaking up cuddles and giving love right back. He does wonderfully with other dogs, is respectful of cats, and is incredibly gentle and patient with children, making him an easy fit for many different home environments.<br/><br/>According to his foster family, Dimitri is the definition of a “good boy.” He loves following his foster mom around, eager to please and always proud of himself. He enjoys outdoor playtime just as much as cozy moments inside, striking a perfect balance between playful energy and calm companionship. He walks beautifully on a leash, is comfortable in his crate, and settles into home life like he’s always belonged.<br/><br/>Dimitri is fully vetted — neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and current on preventatives — and is living peacefully in foster care with dogs, kids, and cats.
