Diesel

Update September 2025: In December Diesel will have been at the shelter for 4 years! He is close to 8 years old. Unbelievable. Yes he has had his ups and downs but as he has aged he has found love and friendship in several ARL staff and volunteers. Unfortunately it seems Diesel would need to be an only dog situation. And all his humans have other dogs. ARL just wants this boy to experience the wonder of having his own home. <br/>Diesel was found as a stray. He is about 4 years old. He has mostly been apprehensive towards humans. Some ARL staff he has taken to, but then they leave. Diesel has really taken with a new volunteer. Diesel loves him, they play, walk, learn new things and is a different dog. Unfortunately the volunteer has other dogs. Diesel gets so much love and attention, you can see the change. ARL feels there has to be a human that passes Diesel's test! ARL is so thankful for our volunteers and the work they do and love they show with our animals. My adoption fee is $185 which includes my spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, heartworm disease test, microchip/registration fee and collar . ADOPT ME TODAY and find a friend for life!
