Diego's Story

Hi, I'm Diego. My owner was hospitalized one day and didn't return home so I ended up on the street. Gratefully, I was rescued and now I'm building the trust back between humans and myself. I'd do best in a home without lots of visitors as I take a little time to warm up to people. I'm sweet, calm, and enjoy pets from my person. I mind my manners and potty outside! I do well with cats, other small dogs, and kids who respect boundaries (around 6+). If you'd like to meet me, I'd sure like to meet you!
