Dick Clark

Dick Clark (or Ducky as his most recent foster family called him!) came in through our cruelty department in December. He was able to spend the Holidays in a foster home and we learned so much about him! <br/><br/>His foster mom described him as an energetic pup who likes chewing bones, playing with stuffed animals-though he has been known to shred them!-going on walks, and cuddling up with his people!<br/><br/>He knows sit, lay down, and his foster started to work on place (going into his crate)! She said he is very food motivated so although he didn't know any commands when she got him, he learned these pretty quickly!!<br/><br/>"Ducky's" foster mom said, " he is such a sweet boy and truly is just looking for love (based on the background we know ). It is amazing how sweet and loving he is, he wants alllllll the pets and is happy to cuddle up on the couch for a nap. He may be two, but he never learned how to be a dog or puppy, so he would need someone with patience that is interested in training him to have polite manners (but he is very easily trained with treats!). He loves walks and is very good on a leash.
