Dia's Story

Meet Dia!

Dia is an absolute sweetheart and such a joy to have in our home. She is incredibly lovable and thrives on attention—she’ll happily snuggle up with you and soak in all the affection you’re willing to give. One of her cutest traits is her love for belly rubs and even having her feet tickled—it always brings out her playful side!

She’s full of personality and definitely has her silly moments, especially when she gets the zoomies! Dia enjoys playing with other small dogs and would do great in a home with a friendly companion to run around with
She’s not a fan of extreme temperatures, so she prefers to stay cozy when it’s too hot or too cold. Thankfully, she’s great about using the doggie door, which makes things easy.

Dia is on a lovely little schedule—she wakes up around 8:00 am and is ready to wind down and head to bed around 9:00 pm. She’s crate trained and settles in nicely with a treat at bedtime. She’s very smart and trainable, picking up on routines and cues quickly.

Overall, Dia is a sweet, intelligent, and affectionate girl who would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loving and playful dog. She’s ready to bring joy and laughter to her forever home!

To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. We don't get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!
