After a month of waiting, he was brought to us so we could help him find the loving home he truly deserves.<br/><br/>And what a great dog he is.<br/><br/>Dexter has quickly become a favorite among our volunteers thanks to his sweet nature and fun personality. He gets along well with other dogs and thrives on human companionship. He’s the kind of dog who just wants to be part of your life—whether that’s relaxing at home or heading out for an adventure.<br/><br/>Like many dogs, Dexter is still learning a few things. He’ll need some guidance with boundaries—especially around doors, as he tends to want to follow you wherever you go. Initially, kennel training when you leave the house may help set him up for success. With patience and consistency, he’ll catch on quickly.<br/><br/>What Dexter truly needs is a stable, loving home with someone willing to give him time, structure, and lots of affection.
