Hi friends! I'm Dexter and I'm an ~5-month-old mixed breed, who joins the Yappy Tails family from Louisiana. I weigh about 25 lbs and my YTAR friends think I'll be about 50 lbs when I'm fully grown. I'm a bit reserved and shy when I first meet someone, but don't you worry, I warm right up. Once I do, I'm your best friend and will join you while you are watching tv, working, or just hanging out. I love other dogs, of all sizes. My foster family is teaching me all about manners. I'm a quick learner, but accidents do occasionally happen. I will need my forever family to continue my training with me. Like all puppies, I have bursts of puppy energy, and love to play, then nap. When playtime is over, I settle nicely. My perfect family will be one committed to daily exercise and continued socialization. I am neutered, vaccinated and on preventatives. I'm ready and waiting for my forever family!
