Dexter

Dexter is a 4-year-old very playful and full of life Husky/Shepherd mix. Dexter is one of the smartest dogs we have ever met and is always one step ahead of you (in the best way possible)! He is such a character with so much goofiness and silliness. He can be a bit stubborn but is totally engaged if there is food involved. He is very dog friendly and so eager to play. Cats, unfortunately he is not a fan of due to a strong prey drive. Dexter did not come from the best background and lacked structure in his previous home so he will need an owner who can be patient and continue to work with him like we have been here at the shelter. We promise Dexter will be worth the time and effort. We love this silly energetic ball of sunshine and encourage you to consider Dexter if you are looking to find the world's best companion.
