At the end of November, 7 puppies were surrendered to North Paw after the death of their mother. Those beagle mix puppies are now nearly 2 months old and ready to begin finding their 7 new homes in the new year.<br/><br/>Dexter is one of those 7 puppies. Affectionate, cuddly, and sweet, he’s happy to play with and snuggle his humans but Dexter also has an independent streak and is happy to keep himself busy when given the opportunity.<br/><br/>Dexter also likes to be vocal. He’s very much a beagle in the way he will share his opinions about what’s happening around him!<br/><br/>Chewing is Dexter’s favorite way to explore the world so be sure to have plenty of toys on hand for that. He’s also food-motivated which means treats will help in his training (he’s working on potty training right now). But he also has a tendency to eat a little too fast so a slow feeder of some kind would be beneficial.<br/><br/>Dexter's adoption fee is $600!
