This handsome silver boy is Dennis, a smart dog though I don’t think he realizes it. He responds quickly to basic commands like “sit” and “wait” and even knows “shake” he is very much a “only throw the ball but don’t take it” leading to him looking confused why you haven’t thrown the ball for him again. He is very treat motivated and will follow you sitting over and over again trying to show you he has earned that treat, if he hops up in his excitement you can tell he knows that was not correct and will plant his butt on the ground to show you he knows his manners. He walks well on a leash and tapped on the door to let me know he needed to go potty. If you are looking for a good solid dog, Dennis would make a great choice.
