Meet Dempsey
Dempsey is a handsome young man about 1 year old (May 2011) and 57 pounds that is looking for the perfect family to cuddle for the rest of his life~!
Don't let Dempsey's debonair photo fool you - this sweet loverboy is painfully shy at first! He takes longer than most dogs to warm up to people, but once he does he is loyal to you for life. Because of this trait of his, Dempsey will need a family that is willing to be patient while he adjusts to his new family and home.
Dempsey has a wonderfully sweet temperament and he loves other dogs. He's pretty apathetic about cats. Dempsey loves to chase bubbles, and when the bubbles fly up high he'll do fantastic jumps to grab them! Because Dempsey is such a world-class jumper, he'll need a home with at least a 6 foot privacy fence. Dempsey is very attached to his people, so he would prefer to be an indoor dog please!
