If life were a TV show, she'd be the one zipping across the screen during the cold open yelling, "I'M READY!" while having no idea what she's ready for...but giving it her whole heart anyway.<br/><br/>She examines every corner of your home like a tiny paranormal investigator searching for mysteries only she can solve. She's fairly certain the backyard contains magical realms. Give her a fenced yard and she'll transform it into her own comedy amphitheater-part interpretive zoomie choreography, part philosophical rambling to butterflies, part joyous self-invented sport.<br/><br/>Dee is house-trained, curious about the concept of manners, and-like all promising stars-shines brightest with gentle structure. She's protective of her food, but with routine and reassurance, she softens beautifully, like a marshmallow rescued just before it melts.<br/><br/>Dog-selective? Yes.<br/>Prefers courteous male dogs and slow introductions worthy of a Jane Austen novel? Naturally.<br/>Needs companionship and shouldn't be left alone too long? Due to the high volume of introductions/questions received we ask you to submit an application (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue).<br/><br/>The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet.
