Dee Dee

Dee Dee came to us through our humane agents from a bad situation. She was used for breeding, and had some rough run-ins with another dog in the home, which left her with painful soft tissue damage in her back end. Her X-Rays checked out completely fine, and with time and pain medication she healed nicely.<br/><br/>Because of her past, we are looking a home with no other dogs. She typically ignores them in passing, but will absolutely match another dog's energy. She is easily aroused by another dog barking at her, but once redirected settles down easily and can continue with no issues. We are not confident that Dee Dee will do well in a home with cats, but can officially cat test her upon request of an approved applicant.<br/><br/>Dee Dee is a middle aged gal with so much love left to give. She is 5 years old, absolutely STUNNING, house trained, gives the best kisses, and looks sooooo pretty snuggled up in her dog bed. Dee Dee absolutely loves people, and we think she would do just fine with kids. She is going to be the best companion for a lucky family. She hopes she finds her forever home soon!
