Dee's Story

Please let us introduce Dee!! This good looking girl is receiving lots of TLC in foster care while getting all ready for adoption and she can’t wait to have a home of her very own!

Dee is just over 1 year old and weighs in at 40 pounds. With rescues, breed is generally a best guess, but we believe Dee is a lab mix. She is definitely a pretty girl and a nice family-sized dog.. At this age, she’s not likely to get much larger. She is working on house, crate and harness training. With a consistent routine, she will continue mastering those things quickly. She is good around the 6 year old boy in her foster home an will do fine as part of a family with kids old enough to know how behave appropriately with an active pup. She also gets along great with other dogs. We think a kitty-free home would likely be best as she does think cats are for chasing..

Dee loves being active and busy. A family that will take her for regular walks and fun adventures will be perfect for her. A fenced yard to play freely in would be ideal..Her foster mom says she also loves the water and will dunk her whole face in to blow bubbles..:)

Dee is spayed, micro-chipped and up to date with her vaccinations. She is also on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative. Her doggie bags are packed and she’s ready to make her way home to you! If you’d like to give this happy girl the life she deserves, please email Nancy at campellones58@gmail.com for an application. Her adoption fee is $300. She's waiting for you!
