MEET DEAN! <br/><br/>Dean and his sister, Dolly, were found hiding under a porch after they had been seen running loose. Their stray hold was completed, and unfortunately, no one came forward to claim them. They are safe and ready to find families of their own! <br/><br/>Dean was born approximately late May or early June 2026 and is believed to be a Shepherd mix. We expect him to be a medium-sized boy, likely around 40-ish pounds fully grown, but that’s just an estimate.<br/><br/>Dean is outgoing and has personality PLUS! He especially loves finding a nice air vent to lay on. Apparently, this boy already knows how to stay cool in style! <br/><br/>He came to us with A LOT of worms and fleas , but we’ve been working hard to get him feeling his best! He has been dewormed and started on Credelio Quattro for flea, tick & heartworm prevention. Since he was only about 3 months old when rescued, he was too young for heartworm testing, so we started him on preventative right away.<br/><br/> Dean’s vetting includes:<br/> Neuter<br/> Age-appropriate puppy vaccines<br/> Rabies vaccine<br/> Bordetella vaccine<br/> Microchip<br/><br/>Dean seems to know how to use puppy pads and does well with a potty break schedule outside. He is still a puppy and will need continued work on manners . <br/><br/> A NOTE ABOUT DEAN & DOLLY:<br/>Although they are littermates, they will NOT be adopted together.
