Dax

Dax is a 3 month old Lab mix who got very lucky. He and his brother were euthanasia listed at an overcrowded Kansas shelter simply because there were too many dogs and not enough space. Thankfully, our rescue partners were able to step in just in time and bring the boys to safety.<br/>Now Dax is getting the chance to just be a puppy. He’s a friendly, playful little guy who enjoys toys, treats, and lots of attention from his people. He gets along well with other dogs and would likely love having a canine friend to play with, although its not required. We think he would do well with cats too, since he is such a friendly spirit.<br/>Like any young puppy, Dax is still learning about the world around him and will need continued training as he grows. What he already has figured out, though, is that people are pretty great and life is meant to be enjoyed.<br/>After a scary start, Dax is ready to trade shelter stress for a home of his own where he can grow up loved.
