Dash's Story

Meet Dash

If personality came in a tiny package, Dash would be the deluxe edition.

This spunky little guy is equal parts sass, sweetness, and charm. Hes independent, easygoing, incredibly observant, and highly food motivated—which makes him a quick learner when snacks are involved. As hes settled into foster care, his playful personality has continued to blossom, and its been so rewarding to watch him grow.

Dash didnt get much socialization as a young puppy, so new people can be a little intimidating at first. He may start off shy, but once he knows youre safe, his goofy, adorable personality shines through. Hes the kind of dog who forms deep, loyal bonds with his people.

He also has one tiny flaw... he believes every shoe in the house belongs to him. Dont worry—hes not judging your fashion choices. He just likes to relocate them to undisclosed locations. Consider it a daily scavenger hunt.

Because of his timid nature, Dash would thrive in a home with another confident dog to help show him that the world isnt so scary. A securely fenced yard is also important for his safety while he continues building confidence.
Dash would do best in a calm home without fast-moving young children, as sudden movements can make him nervous.
Give him a little patience, a lot of love, and a few tasty treats, and youll gain a devoted best friend who will make every milestone feel like a victory.

The best things in life are worth waiting for... and Dash is absolutely one of them.

https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/TGLR/Dog
