Darlin

Darlin is a sweet, timid and shy girl with amazing manners! She loves attention, is partial to men and her little butt wiggles are the absolute cutest. She really doesn't take an interest to toys, just wants all the lovings! She likes the outdoors but prefers the Air conditioning. She enjoys playtime and is gentle when playing or interacting with other dogs. She's got some energy but she knows how to sit and wait patiently. She immediately does all her business outside comfortably and keeps her kennel very clean without accidents. She is easily leashed and walks well on a loose leash. She knows sit and roll over commands and responds very well with treats. <br/><br/>Previously Darlin and her four puppies were picked up by a kill shelter when a citizen called stating mom and puppies were thrown in a trash can and abandoned. They were all set to be euthanized minutes before we contacted them, but the Lord had better plans for all their lives. The puppies have been adopted from the shelter we pulled her out of. Oddly, she does have skin deformities in triangular shapes on her right side that have healed from the inside out, but there is some scarring please see pictures attached. We are not sure what happened, but it does look like an abuse case. Despite what she has been through, Darlin is very friendly and loves to be noticed. <br/><br/>Darlin is 3 years old, 30 pounds, spayed, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, dewormed and on flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. Darlin did test a low positive for heartworms and has started her treatment per injections 5/10/23! Because she is low positive she will only need to maintain regular six month injections of Pro-heart with the next one due 11/10/23.<br/><br/>Psalm 16:11<br/>You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore
