Meet Daphne! Daphne is a sweet 2-year-old, 23-pound Terrier/Chihuahua mix. Daphne's two passions in life are playtime and snuggles! She spends her days playing with her two fur foster brothers and spends the rest of her time curled up next to her foster family. Daphne is a friendly, outgoing, goofy little girl who loves dogs of all sizes, is great with cats (she loves to sleep in the sun next to her kittie foster sister), and all people!<br/><br/>Daphne came to her foster family scared of the outside world, but with patience, she now loves exploring and walking on a leash, but will need a short warm-up period in new places. Daphne is very food-motivated and a quick learner. She is perfectly crate-trained and sleeps through the night in her kennel as well as naps in it while her foster family is at work. She is working on her potty manners and is making great progress. She is a playful, sweet girl who is looking for a forever family that she can snuggle all day long (with a few breaks for playtime, of course)!<br/><br/>Daphne does have a grade 4/6 heart murmur and will be adopted with a medical waiver. This does not slow her down at all and with proper care, she should live a full life. She is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. Her adoption fee is $300.
