Hi there, future best friend! My name is Daphne!<br/><br/>Let me tell you a little about myself and why I think we’re meant to meet. I’m a small, happy-go-lucky girl with a big heart and an even bigger love for people. Not too long ago, I was picked up as a stray in Yuma by Animal Control. No one knows how I ended up on my own, but what matters now is where I’m going—and I’m hoping that place is your home.<br/><br/>Right now, I’m staying with the kind humans at Central Arizona Animal Rescue, and they’re taking wonderful care of me while I wait for my forever family to find me. I’m safe, warm, and surrounded by friends, but I’m ready for something special... a couch to curl up on, a human to adore, and a place where I belong for the rest of my life.<br/><br/>Let me tell you what makes me, me!<br/><br/>First of all, I absolutely LOVE people. I adore attention, affection, and being close to my humans. If you’re sitting down, chances are I’ll be right there beside you, soaking up every pet and belly rub I can get. I’m the kind of dog who looks at you like you’re the best thing that ever happened—and I mean it.<br/><br/>I’m a little lady, weighing under 20 pounds, with a short, easy-care coat. That means no expensive grooming appointments or lots of brushing—just more time for us to hang out together. I don’t need a ton of exercise either, but I do enjoy tagging along with you if you want to go for a stroll, run errands, or meet new people. I’m very social and love seeing the world, especially when it means I get to make new friends.<br/><br/>I share my kennel with other small dogs right now, and guess what? We get along great! I’m friendly, polite, and happy to have doggy companions. If you already have another dog or two at home, I’d likely fit right in. As for cats, we’re not totally sure yet since I haven’t had much experience with them. And while I haven’t spent time around very young children, I’m so sweet and gentle that everyone here thinks I’d probably love them too.<br/><br/>I come with some great perks, too! I’m spayed, up to date on all my vaccinations, and I’ve been microchipped, so I’ll never be lost again. I’m healthy, happy, and ready to start the next chapter of my life with you.<br/><br/>All I really want is a family who will love me as much as I’ll love them. I promise to be your loyal companion, your shadow around the house, and your biggest fan every single day.<br/><br/>If you think I might be the perfect addition to your home, I would love to meet you!
