Danni's Story
Danni is looking to be the new addition to your castle! This pint-sized princess has all the Chihuahua cuteness you could ask for in a portable 8-pound package.

At between 1 and 2 years old, Danni has plenty of energy and loves to explore, but she can be a little timid at first and would prefer a longer adjustment time to get used to her new surroundings. She has no problem telling larger dogs to give her her space, so she would do well in a place with other pets more her size (unsure about cats) or who do not have high prey drive or reactivity to other dogs.

This little girl's favorite thing is being in your lap or snuggled up next to you at bedtime, but don't let that calm fool you—she's more than happy to run up and down the stairs and will follow you absolutely EVERYWHERE. If you consign her to the dungeon (kennel), she will let you know in no uncertain terms that this is against her royal wishes and she should be returned to your side posthaste. Once she calms down, she sleeps nicely in her kennel.

She has had a few accidents indoors but is working hard on her potty training and knows to do her business outside. She would like it to be known that a regular schedule of ruling the kingdom would help her with expectations of when she gets her breaks, thanks very much.

Danni is looking for her person, and once she finds you, she will be a loyal little shadow. .Danni will be available for adoption at PetSmart on Broadway 9291 S Broadway, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129 on 10/10 from 11-3.. To get pre-approved, please fill out the adoption application at Trevorsanimalrescue.com
