URGENT!!!! Little one to be euthanized!!! Maggie (A2323285) is a 5-year-old adorable girl who was owner surrendered due to a reported minor bite involving a neighbor. The owner stated that Maggie had gotten out of the home and noted that she originally belonged to her husband, who has since passed away. Medical: Maggie is vaccinated, current on rabies, heartworm negative, and is currently being treated for FAS and kennel cough. Staff Notes: Maggie is being very picky with food and is not wanting to eat or take her medications. She requires a slow, cautious approach. She becomes very snappy when attempts are made to restrain or apply a muzzle. Staff used a blanket for handling, and she remained snappy and thrashy throughout her workup. Needs someone who can give her the time, patience, and TLC she needs to decompress, feel safe, and recover from CIRD. Please let us know if you can save her. she is on the east coast and has only a day and is 5 years old and 15LBS
