Dalton's Story

Dalton is a spitfire! He is a busy, bouncy, nosy puppy who thinks that he is the center of the universe. Soon after arriving at GSROC, Dalton bounced his way into a fractured leg, so he had to wear a splint for several weeks. He found that most unflattering and annoying and he had a lot to say about it.

Dalton is out of his splint now and learning boundaries. His ideal home will be familiar with a bossy puppy. He loves to play with other dogs. Dalton is fearful of strangers at first, but quickly warms up once he knows that he is safe. We recommend a home with older children as he doesn’t care for bikes, skateboards or roller skates.

Dalton is a diamond in the rough that just needs a little polish. Someone patient, gentle and with GSD experience is all it will take to get him on the path to success.
