Say hello to Dakota! Dakota is a one year old, spayed female hound mix. She's a decent sized dog weighing in at around fifty pounds. Dakota came to our shelter after being found as a stray right here in New Milford! This local girl is one happy camper despite her circumstances. She enjoys playing in the yard, walks with volunteers, and taking excursions out on the town. It's hard to walk away from Dakota feeling sad- her happiness is infectious! Dakota is eager to please, and will benefit from basic obedience and leash work.
