Daisy Mae's Story
Daisy Mae came into our rescue from a county shelter where she had been for 3 months. She is hearing impaired. Daisy Mae can hear clapping sounds but not much else. She is very sweet and personable.
Daisy Mae gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home. She is fully housetrained and uses the doggie door to let herself in & out. Most of the time she likes to chill and be with her people.
She came to us a bit overweight, so we are working on that. She does not like having a collar as apparently she had some bad experiences with a collar and someone pulling on a leash, so we are going back to a harness for her - at least for the near term.
Daisy Mae has been fully vetted, vaccinated, and spayed. She appears to be in excellent health. She barks a little bit but otherwise she is very well behaved. Daisy Mae is comfortable with her crate when her foster parents are away.
