Then check out this opportunity to FOSTER OR FOSTER TO ADOPT with Canine Haven Rescue! We are a foster-based rescue organization in the GTA. We can only help bring these dogs out of shelters if we have a foster (or foster to adopt) home for them. Fostering is free, all supplies are provided, and you get the opportunity to help a deserving dog! If you foster to adopt, you will have the option to adopt after approximately 2 weeks.<br/><br/>About Daisy:<br/><br/>Dogs: Good with slow, proper introductions <br/>NO cats please<br/><br/>Daisy is a sweet husky mix rescued from a high-kill shelter in Quebec, now ready for her second chance. She’s likely between 5–7 years old and weighs 35–40 lbs.<br/>She’s fully crate trained, house trained, and has a calm, easygoing nature at home. Daisy is very friendly with people and enjoys meeting new friends. She’s playful and curious with other dogs, especially once she’s familiar with them.<br/>Daisy already knows several cues like “sit,” “come,” “watch me,” “bed,” and “kiss,” and she has great recall. She can pull on leash but is improving with consistent guidance.<br/><br/>She would do best with a family who will continue her training and give her regular exercise and companionship. Daisy is a loving, loyal dog who’s ready to be part of a home again.<br/><br/>Give this sweet pup a chance at a beautiful life and finding their forever family in Canada.
