With her laid-back energy, she is a true house hippo awaiting warm snuggles from a new family. She is reported to be housetrained and good with children. She is dog selective and has played with dogs her size and larger. However, she has a high prey drive, and would not do well in a home with small dogs, cats, or other small animals. She typically walks politely on a loose leash, but she can get excited by other animals she sees, so she will need a patient and confident family to help her learn some leash manners.
