Daisy's Story

Daisy is an adorable gal with a lot of love to give! Daisy was returned to ARF in July 2024 and has found shelter life to be very stressful after spending 6 years in the only home she's ever known. She takes a little time to blossom around new people because of her anxiety, but once your friendship is planted in her heart, she can't get enough nurturing cuddles. Daisy is very affectionate and loves to give kisses. She also won a gold medal in the 2024 ARFlympics for a new competition category "Aqua Chomping." Daisy loves to leap and chomp at running hose water and we are so proud that she received recognition for this incredible skill. If you're looking for a best friend in a dog, look no further; Daisy is your girl! She needs a calm home environment with children over the age of 12 due to her anxiety. Daisy doesn't always want a canine companion around, so a thorough meet and greet is a must. * Daisy is currently living in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting her, please contact the adoptions team to set up an appointment. *
