Daisy's Story

Hello my name is Daisy. I was found as a stray, roaming a neighborhood. Luckyily a good samaritan came along and then the kind folks of NEBR. I hit the Jackpot!!! I am an energetic loving young Brit mix. At about 2 years of age, I am active, but also enjoy cuddling and will even take myself to my crate when I’ve had enough. I love to play with my foster family. With the humans, my favorite thing to play with is feet! I like to chew on them or lick them when people walk by. Or sneak up and nibble if you’re sitting at the couch and I see toes.

I play with my foster siblings and enjoy chewing on their paws or legs. I would do best with another playmate. At first I may appear quiet, but as I gain my confidence, I have found my voice. My foster family has lots of animals to explore. When I see chickens or the goat, I like to bark at them. I am fine with the sneaky cat who lives in the house with us. I enjoy poking her with my nose to see how she runs away. I don’t chase her though.

I am curious and like to explore different things. If I get bored, I can sometimes pull apart blankets that are fuzzy. When I am tired I like to put myself to bed and go to sleep. I don’t like sleeping with people. I may start out in a bed but quickly like to go curl up in my own space Yes, I'm housetrained, and as mentioned, crate trained.

Daisy has been spayed, is up to date with vaccinations, is heartworm negative and on prevention and is microchipped. She weighs 54 pounds.

If you're interested in this very sweet girl, please take a moment and fill out an online application at www.nebrittanyrescue.org We look forward to hearing from you.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FILLING OUT A PETFINDER INQUIRY DOES NOT SUBSTITUTE FOR FILLING OUT AN APPLICATION ON THE ORGANIZATION'S WEBSITE.
