Daisy's Story

READ THE FOLLOWING FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION AND FOR A DESCRIPTION OF THIS PET:

Meet beautiful Daisy, sister to Duke. These two pups are being returned to RTR after 4 years since being adopted as puppies. The family is growing and both dogs are nervous around the young toddler. Although there have been no bite incidents, the previous adopters are afraid that the children will overwhelm the dogs as they grow and become more active.

Daisy is 48lbs and loves to go on walks. She is a smart and energetic dog. She takes a bit of time to warm up to new people and would thrive in a calm environment. Daisy also does well with calmer dogs.

Duke weighs in at 60lbs and is fun loving with a big personality. He too is smart, high energy, and affectionate. He is a great companion and is good with people. Duke would prefer the company of a female dog, and he would thrive in a home that provides plenty of mental stimulation and exercise.

Both dogs are house and crate trained, although they no longer need to use a crate and have free roam of the house. They are also both spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and have updated heartworm and tick-borne disease tests.

The pups are not bonded and can be adopted separately or together. Their adoption fee is $300 each or $500 together.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:

- The first step towards adoption is to complete an adoption application, which can be found online at our website www.roadtriprescues.com, under the “ADOPT” tab.

- Do not use the Petfinder links or email to ask us about our adoptable dog listings - we do not always receive these messages and will not respond to them.

- Please do not ask if a dog is still available - we do our best to update their status as quickly as possible. If a dog is listed for adoption, it means we have not yet approved an adopter and are still accepting applications.

- PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY APPROVED ADOPTERS WILL BE PERMITTED TO MEET OUR RESCUES - WE ARE A FOSTER BASED RESCUE AND ALL OF OUR DOGS LIVE WITH US AS FAMILY.

Thanks for considering a rescue pup!

Road Trip Rescues Inc. - Bethlehem, PA
PA Kennel License #7186
