We’ll have several dogs there looking for homes!<br/><br/>------<br/><br/>Meet DAISY!<br/>Daisy is a total lovebug who lives for attention. Belly rubs? Yes! Ear scratchies? Double yes! She’s good with other dogs and has the kind of happy, gentle energy that makes everyone around her smile.<br/><br/>She loves her walks (especially when there are good smells to sniff!) so she does need someone who can handle a dog her size! Daisy is always down for some quality cuddle time on the couch after her walks! <br/><br/>If you’re looking for a sweet, squishy, cuddle-loving sidekick with a little sass and a whole lot of heart, Daisy is your girl! <br/><br/>Daisy is an adorable 4-year-old Lab/Pit Bull mix and weighs about 60 lbs (just a few more cookies and she’ll be at her perfect weight!).<br/> <br/><br/><br/>ADOPTING A PET<br/>We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend. Please contact us by phone at 913-321-1445 or by email at petadoptions@kckpd.org to schedule your appointment during weekdays.<br/><br/>If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.<br/><br/>Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).<br/><br/>FOSTERING<br/>Can't commit to adoption but still want to help us save lives?
