Her mom recently passed away, so she came back to us to recover. She has become her happy go-lucky self again and is ready to fine her new family!<br/><br/>Daisy lives with other dogs, but hasn't engaged or befriended any of them yet, so she may be fine as an only dog or with another dog in the home. It's possible the right dog could bring out her playfulness with other dogs, but adopters should expect, for now, that her main focus is humans. <br/><br/>Daisy LOVES her walks and meeting new people. She could use some work on overenthusiasm with strangers, perhaps! All are tested for heartworms and, if they test positive, have either been treated or provided alternative slow-kill treatment. Dogs are provided monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Dogs are also provided additional medical care, as needed. This care may include amputations, wound repair, treatment for skin disorders, dental care, treatment for infection and other medical needs
