Her mom is still a stray and has sadly been unable to be caught, <br/>resulting in repeated litters. Daisy ended up at a high-risk shelter, but was lucky enough to land in a foster home while waiting her journey north.<br/><br/>Meet Daisy<br/><br/>Daisy is a friendly, curious puppy who is starting to explore the world around her. She appears to be a Lab mix and has the typical puppy energy and enthusiasm for life. Apply: Fill out adoption application completely and submit all necessary documents.<br/>2.)Application Decision: approved applicants will be notified via phone call and email.<br/>3.)Foster-to-Adopt Trial Period: after approval, you have the opportunity to do a meet and greet and bring your dog home! You get a 5 day foster-to-adopt (FTA) period to make sure its the right fit.<br/>4.) Final Decision: By the end of the FTA period, please let us know your final decision to adopt or return the dog to our rescue.<br/>5.) Home Visit: After the adoption process we conduct a home visit either in person or via zoom meeting to ensure that everything is going well with the transition and to answer any final questions you may have.<br/>6.) Neuter/spay for puppies: for dogs who are not fixed at the time of adoption, we will reimburse for the procedure once we receive proof of spay/neuter. The procedure MUST be done at HAWS Snip Clinic in Waukesha, WI or Wisconsin Community Veterinarian Center in Madison, WI. If you would like to go through your veterinarian or another location, we will reimburse $150 once we receive proof of the procedure. Application processing: we do a thorough background check, landlord approval (if applicable) or home ownership verification, vet check, and review your application. This process can take up to 5 business days. note: if renting, please have your landlord write letter of approval for you to have a dog, including breed restrictions, and either send to muttlifeapps@gmail.com or submit document during application submission.? Please authorize your vet to release medical information with Mutt Life. ? Application Decision: approved applicants will be notified via phone call and email. ?Foster-to-Adopt Trial Period: after approval, you have the opportunity to do a meet and greet and bring your dog home! You get a 5 day foster-to-adopt (FTA) period to make sure its the right fit.
