DAISY's Story
Meet Daisy! She loves attention, getting chicken treats, and naps in your lap. Daisy is very excitable around other dogs and will bark, and while she has lived with other dogs, she had some conflict in her most recent home with a larger dog, so she would do best as the only pet or with careful management and professional guidance. She was noted to escape in her original home but the most recent home of 6 months stated she would try to get through the gate at first but has settled since so supervision when outside will be important the first few weeks with appropriate physical and mental exercise to keep her busy. Daisy is not fully potty trained, though she has made progress, and if left alone too long she may become destructive. She likes to chase cats so is looking for a feline free home. Daisy would thrive with a patient, committed adopter who can provide structure, management, and continued training to help her succeed.
