Daisy's Story

Meet Daisy!

Daisy is a sweet, spunky girl with a heart full of adventure and a nose for new friends! She's never met a stranger—whether two-legged or four—and absolutely loves to say hello to everyone she meets.

This little social butterfly lives for new experiences and has a serious case of wanderlust. Daisy is what we lovingly call a “flight risk”—she'll dart out the door or leap from the car if given the chance, just to explore the world and meet the neighbors. Because of this, she'll need a secure, fully fenced yard and extra care when doors or cars are involved. (She may be small, but she's clever—and fast!)

Daisy is housebroken and walks well on a leash, and she's been a joy to have as part of the Ruff family while she waits for her forever home. Her original family never came for her after she landed at animal control, but we know her true-family is out there.

Due to her small size, she's not only an escape artist but also could be at risk outdoors alone—think birds of prey or predators—so supervised play and extra security are a must.

If you're looking for a loyal companion who's always up for an adventure (and some serious cuddle time afterward), Daisy could be your perfect match

Apply for consideration to adopt at www.ruffdogrescue.org

Please note, we receive a large number of applications.
