Daisy's Story

Daisy’s owner passed away, and she was surrendered by the family. She previously had a litter of puppies who were adopted out through another rescue. We don’t know much about her past life, but we do know she is a very timid girl.

The ideal adopter for Daisy will be someone patient and understanding, willing to give her the time she needs to decompress and adjust to a new home. It takes a while for her to build trust, but once she realizes she’s safe, she blossoms into a sweet and affectionate companion.

Daisy can be vocal and reactive to her surroundings, yet she is very mellow and can be relaxed in the home. She has lived with and been around other dogs, so she could thrive either as the only dog or with canine companions. She has not been around cats, and we believe she would do best in a home with older children (12+). She is located in Maryland and is available for meet and greets anywhere in the East Coast! Transportation is arranged.

Adoption application: https://form.jotform.com/250028469902155
