Dahlia's Story

Meet Dahlia!

Let’s play fetch! You throw, I chase, and I’m your girl forever! How does that sound?

Dahlia is a three year old, short coated with white with light cream streaking throughout her coat, Pomeranian/ chihuahua mix.

She stays on the thinner side due to her high energy nature. At about 12 pounds she is a very happy girl who is standoffish until she trusts you. Once you gain her trust she’s your best friend and biggest cuddle bug. Dahlia would do best with another dog who loves to play and can match her energy. No couch potato here!

Dahlia is good with all size and breed dogs, prefers older children who respect her boundaries and would be fine with a cat who can tolerate her play.

She requires a 5 foot fence under supervision. She can jump it if she chooses to, no doggie doors or electric fencing please. She has super model legs and will gladly show you how high she can strut them! She walks well on a leash and is working on potty training. She is doing well when kept on a schedule. She sleeps in a crate at night and it is always clean and dry in the morning.

Dahlias ideal home would be a household who is more active than not. She’s a busy girl. She would love a fur-sibling who can help her get out that energy. After she gets all her craziness out she loves to snuggle in your arms. A calm and patient adopter who will take their time would be best for this girl. Although, she bonds pretty quickly she still needs some reassurance that you’ll be her best buddy just as she will be yours.

Adoption fee of $450 includes:
-yearly vaccine
-rabies vaccine
-bortadella vaccine
-microchipped
-worm and parasite treated and tested
-Heartworm tested negative
-spayed
-up to date on flea, tick and heartworm monthly preventions

If you are interested in adoption please follow the link to our application

https://form.jotform.com/232038657316154

Please send photos of your home and yard-everywhere the dog would have access to to:

Caninepawsabilitiessc@gmail.com
