DAHLIA's Story
Dahlia (A141236) is a 10-month-old lab mix who weighed nearly 40 lbs at intake! 02/20/26 This sweet but shy little lady is Dahlia! Dahlia was brought to the shelter because her previous owner had too many dogs and did not feel like she was getting the time and attention she deserved. Dahlia was described as affectionate and friendly, but she can be shy of new people and new situations. She was said to be housebroken and kennel trained and to generally mind well. She was said to do fine with babies, kids and strangers and to do well with other dogs and cats. Dahlia is looking for a patient home that will allow her to open up in her own time. She is quite the affectionate cuddlebug when she does! If you are interested in meeting Miss Dahlia, please give us a call!
