Cutter's Story

Cutter is a sweet boy with a big heart. His owner loves him deeply but had to make the heartbreaking decision to surrender him due to owners own serious health issues. You can tell he came from love — he’s affectionate, and just wants to be near people. Cutter can be a little shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, he soaks up attention and affection. It doesn’t seem he has had a lot of socialization with other dogs but seems to do just fine around them. Cutter is looking for a new home to love him the way his first family did — he deserves all the care and comfort in the world.
