Cutie Pie's Story
Hello-
My name is Cutie Pie, and I am a 4lbs hysterical long-haired Chihuahua. I might be a little shy and reserved at first but when I come out of my shell watch out I’m here for the party!! I’m a big fan of other dogs because I grew up with a Great Dane and a Husky mix, and now I live with my foster sister who’s also a Chi- I like all dogs of all sizes! Romp, run and play- all good with me! Because of my size and timidness at first- I would be best with no children or teenagers.

My foster Mom and Dad think I’d be an excellent walking buddy because I’m so good on a leash and love to get out and walk! I’m house-trained and currently only go out a few times a day. I’m crate-trained and have found my crate to be my safe place. I understand that I could function well without it, but at the moment, it provides me with a sense of security, just like my cozy bed. I also find comfort in my stuffed bear, which helps me feel safe.

Based on my house-training skills and my rare barking, I’d make a great apartment dog based on my leash skills. With winter, I haven’t had much chance to explore the backyard yet, but I’m sure I’d love to run around and explore it when the weather warms up.

I am excited to find my forever home who can be patient with me and give me time to adjust to my new surroundings. Once I am comfortable I am happy. loving and ready to play and snuggle!
See you soon- Cutie Pie
If you would like to meet Cutie Pie, please visit spotslaststop.org and fill out an application.
