Meet Curly! He is an 11 months old, 40 lb poodle mix who is very sweet and friendly. He is very playful and loves to play with other dogs. He is getting used to his crate but doesn't like to be left alone for very long. He knows how to sit and is very motivated with treats. He is very smart and will be easy to train. <br/><br/>He is still growing and has a lot of puppy energy but also loves to sleep in your lap. He gets very excited and likes to jump so we are working better manners. Curly is very vocal so you will know when someone is at the door! He is great with kids and very gentle when taking treats. He is doing great going potty outside but needs to be let out often. <br/><br/>Curly will be such a sweet, cuddly family dog. <br/><br/>Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies. <br/><br/>Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. <br/><br/>Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog.
