Curly Retriever & Pit Bull Terrier Mix Springfield, MO

Hi, I'm Curly! I've come a long way from being a scared puppy living in a dirty van with my siblings, Mo and Larry. I'm so glad a nice woman saved us from being dumped in that Walmart parking lot and brought us into the Rescue One family.

Since then, Mo and Larry have been adopted and I've been to prison! That's right, I graduated from the Pups for Parole prison training program, where I was top in my class! I am a 2-year-old, 35 pound Retriever/Pit Bull mix who is ready to find my forever family. While at the P4P program I learned many commands, so I'll need a family who has the time to continue my training. I am eager to please and a very smart boy! Of course I am house, crate and leash trained, so you won't have to worry about that! I'm growing out of my puppy energy, but I'm still up for adventures with a loving family, who will take me with them to dog-friendly places. Once I am worn out from mental and physical exercise, I become a four-legged weighted blanket, ready to cuddle and snuggle with my besties! I have the softest ears in the land. I’ll even let you pet them while we snuggle. I will need a 6-foot privacy fence since I am quite athletic. I can actually go over a 6-foot fence, so I will need supervision. My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
