Crush German Shepherd Dog Mix Cosby, TN

Crush has been in the rescue since the day he was born,Feb 7, 2024. He's now 8 months old and still sitting here, waiting for adopters. He is neutered, microchipped, utd on vaccines, deworming and prevention. He's around 40 lbs now and expected to get maybe 50-55lb max. He was the smaller guy in the litter. His mom is 50% German shepherd and then a bunch of other breeds. His dad is unknown. Crush still needs all his training, he has never had the one on one he so deserves. He is also quite nervous around new people as he never really met anyone outside of the rescue, except our vets who the dogs typically aren't the biggest fans of. Crush is protective and will be a perfect, loyal friend ,to someone willing to put in the time and patience to gain his trust. Crush has grown up with several other dogs of all sizes and does great with them, however, same thing with new dogs, he's going to be scared and reserved until he fully knows and trust them. He needs alot of confidence building but that's something that can absolutely be worked with. Crush is not suitable for a home with many visitors, or young children.
He is being fostered in Cosby Tennessee and his adoption fee is waived to a perfect fit home.
